Q: How do I take measurements?
A: If buyer has a measuring tape, use that to measure head circumference, leg just below knee circumference, waist, bust, length from top of head to tips of fingers resting at your side.
If you do not have a measuring tape, it is recommended to use a piece of string to do your measurement and then measure that along a yardstick or ruler. Please give measurements in inches.

Q: How do I measure my head properly for the right fit if buying a bucket hat or top hat?
A: Taking your measuring tape or string, measure the circumference around your head one finger length above your brow will give an accurate measurement in circumference. Measure this in inches.

Q: Is the fur you use real or fake?
A: All fur is animal friendly and cruelty free. All fur is quality faux fur.

Q: Can I rush my item if I need it by a certain event date?
A: Rush orders are available upon availability of materials being in stock. A fee of $10 applies to rushed orders. Rush fees are applicable, if rushed before production time states.

Q: Is buyer responsible for custom fees of their country?
A:  Yes
